About Reclaim.ai

Reclaim connects to your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar and fills the gaps for you. You tell it what matters (deep work, a daily lunch, tasks with deadlines, recurring 1:1s) and it finds and keeps rearranging the best time for each around your fixed meetings.

What it schedules

  • Focus Time: set a weekly goal and Reclaim defends blocks for deep work, optionally declining meetings during them.
  • Habits: recurring routines like lunch, exercise or a weekly review, placed at the best time each day.
  • Tasks: time-blocks for to-dos synced from Google Tasks, Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Linear.
  • Buffer Time: breaks after calls and travel time around in-person events.
  • Smart Meetings: recurring meetings that move automatically when conflicts appear.
  • Scheduling Links: booking pages that respect your priorities, like a smarter Calendly.
  • Calendar Sync: copy busy time between work and personal calendars.

It also offers an AI assistant chat, Slack status sync, a Zoom integration, a Raycast extension, MCP connections for Claude and Microsoft Copilot, and time-tracking reports.

Pricing

As of October 2026 the free Lite plan covers one user with a one-week scheduling range, one calendar sync and one scheduling link. Starter, Business and Enterprise plans add longer ranges, more links and syncs, and team features. Students and educators get 50% off for 12 months.

Who it's for
